Keurig Dr Pepper Paid Marketing Co-Op in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Keurig Dr Pepper Winter Co-op Program will run from January 10, 2022 – June 24, 2022 and this position will be based in our Burlington, MA office.

The Digital Marketing Co-op will define, develop, and ensure ongoing quality of consumer-centric content strategy and search engine optimization across the wide range of systems and brands for Keurig Dr Pepper’s eCommerce properties.

You will play a prominent role in helping to developing creative content as well as defining faceting, metadata strategies, and ensuring that’s content is optimized for natural search. You will be a key member in a high performing, collaborative creative team that is passionate about digital and that seeks to create award winning, impactful experiences.

As a Digital Marketing Co-op, you will:

  • Exciting opportunity to lead projects across multiple types of digital marketing acquisition campaigns to support our ecommerce business

  • Support brand media campaign reporting for

  • Support referral channel and optimizations to inbound traffic

  • Support updating our promotional calendar

  • Conduct reporting on paid initiatives and do a different deep dive weekly to help pinpoint opportunities for enhancement

  • Daily tracking of performance and spend

  • QA landing pages and ad copy and help create richer responsive search ads

  • Tackle optimization projects such as an ad copy test for brewer campaigns or a refer a friend acquisition program

  • Coordinate with digital shelf team on best practices

  • Monitor competitive pricing for shopping feeds

  • Learn about marketing data and analytics, including audience segmentation, attribution, and return on advertising spend

  • Gain exposure to a wide array of brands including Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Starbucks, Dunkin, Peet's, Hugh Jackman's Laughing Man Coffee and many more

  • Be a part of a fast moving, dynamic cross functional team to understand how different areas work together to drive results


  • Must be an undergraduate junior or senior currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related majors

  • Digital Marketing and/or Project Management experience is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritze requests, and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven, and a self-starter

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
