Performs basic duties and tasks with oversight in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. With guidance from a more senior Consulting Solution professional, applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on routine customer engagements. Builds a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
0-2 years of experience relevant to this position preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. General product, technology or industry knowledge preferred. Ability to travel as needed.

The Direct Solution Services (DSS) team is responsible for assisting the Direct Sales Organization to maximize software subscription Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while setting the groundwork for successful implementation projects by the NetSuite Professional Services (PS) Delivery Organization. Our team members provide implementation, product, and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle. We do this by identifying prospect’s business objectives and aligning those to our SuiteSuccess product offerings. This includes scoping, estimating, documenting, and communicating the prospect’s solution and implementation strategy.
What to Expect:
In this role, you will …
Develop a strong working relationship with the Direct Sales team to whom you are primarily aligned.
Support the Sales Motion with the Direct Sales Account Executive (AE) to ensure that all required activities are effectively implemented.
Collaborate with the Solution Consultant (SC) to develop a comprehensive understanding of the proposed solution and continue to build product knowledge.
Master SuiteSuccess methodology and communicate the advantages it provides to both prospects and the sales team.
Translate a prospect’s business objectives and processes to the SuiteSuccess SKU to develop the appropriate scope, estimate, and SOW.
Create and deliver a tailored proposal to prospects and reinforce our PS value proposition.
Handle objections effectively and negotiate with prospects regarding inclusions and exclusions to the scope.
Maintain the CS Engagement Record (CSER) by regularly updating notes related to the deal status, major design changes, estimated hours, SKU, etc.
Develop strong working relationships outside of your team to use resources across Oracle NetSuite as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in internal team or organization improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
You are a critical thinker with experience in a technology implementation consultant capacity. You have worked in a functional role in a relevant business process such as general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment, project controls/resource management, etc.
You are a confident communicator and you can express yourself easily through conversations and in writing. You can put together engaging presentations using your acquired understanding of Oracle NetSuite products and industries.
You can engage and connect with people in a way that builds long-term trust and a high level of customer satisfaction. You are a collaborator who understands the importance of teamwork when getting the job done.
You take initiative and have a “get the job done” attitude. Y ou can find a way to solve the most complex of problems with creativity and inventive thinking. You are passionate about delivering results that make a difference for our customers.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
