About Our Team: Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Our vision is fearless creativity that redefines social. About This Role: Our Operations Lead oversees operations for the global Creative X team. As a member of our Creative X Leadership team, you will be responsible for balancing operational team needs with strategic planning and visionary leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in impacting the future of marketing and creative within a tech company. Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the managing director on strategic team direction and decisions

  2. Lead and inspire the Creative X operations team

  3. including resourcing and operations managers

  4. Provide thought-leadership in establishing, implementing, and improving agency direction, goals and process for the team with a 6-12 month vision

  5. Develop team-wide and operational key performance indicators and ideate creative operations initiatives that map to these key performance indicators

  6. Optimize the way the Creative X team works within Facebook to meet strategic company and marketing goals

  7. Strategically lead Creative X global team communications

  8. Create systems that demonstrate and calculate the value of the Creative X team

  9. Develop various creative operations initiatives including, but not limited to: resourcing, recruiting, on-boarding, people programs, growth programs, and learning and development for the Creative X team

  10. Demonstrate financial accountability by determining budget allocation and ideating/implementing financial tracking methods across the Creative X team leads

  11. Create strong partnerships with Facebook marketing operations, strategic sourcing, and facilities

  12. Lead with vision across the company with Creative X Program Managers, Creative X leadership, business marketing and Marketing leadership

  13. Improve how the Marketing and Creative X organizations work together, with cross-functional partners, and external vendors and contractors

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 12+ years experience working with Marketing, Creative Agencies and Production companies

  3. 5+ years team management experience

  4. Experience making operational contributions at both strategic and tactical levels

  5. Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes and workflows for creative operations

  6. Experience driving changes in operational processes and aligning teams to a strategic vision

  7. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

  8. Experience with budget allocation and financial tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with global creative teams
