Manages strategy and tactical execution of segment initiatives across all major lines of business (i.e., GCBK, GCB, PSB, Specialized Industries, CREB). Drive collaboration between product, sales and client relationship teams to package, market and position leading solutions that address the challenges clients face and grow market share through client calling and deal support. Participates with most senior levels (i.e., Senior Product Management Exec) in the development and sponsorship of core strategies across broad functional or cross-functional objectives. Develops and implements programs and policies companywide or for multiple businesses. Identify and develop responses to emerging product trends, competitive game changers and market gaps and champion any needed solutions (via routines between key partners and acute focus on respective industries). Decisions made typically have significant impact on group(s) managed. Leads consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization. May represent the Bank presenting at key industry events. Participates as the product or industry expert in client call planning and client calls as well as strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions. Assists in reviewing product development requirements to ensure Voice of Client is accurate. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a team.

To continue the great momentum in growing our Global Trade Structured Sales business we are seeking a global trade leader with a proven track record of selling to mid cap and large corporate clients across multiple geographies and delivering increased market share. A recognized leader with deep Global Trade product knowledge, strong management credentials and an emphasis on adherence to all risk and compliance guidelines. A client-focused and strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients A lead originator of a significant number of industry leading Supply Chain Finance. A leader who develops cross-regional partnership with colleagues in Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America alike.

As a team of subject matter experts in Global Supply Chain Finance and Traditional Trade products, structuring, pricing and execution across the mid cap corporates, we are looking for an agile sales leader to join the team. This core growth function is part of a focused Trade Sales team that provides subject matter expertise, is highly motivated to sell and bring forth Bank of Americas global trade finance solutions to our clients. The Global Trade Structured Sales role will work closely with Transaction Sales, Client Management, trade fulfillment, operations, legal and product management by leveraging the right partners and solutions in order to bring sustainable revenue growth to the portfolio. The Global Trade Structured Sales leader will rapidly identify the most common needs of our clients from a global trade payables and trade receivables perspective along with an array of corresponding Traditional Trade & Supply Chain Finance solutions through a variety of engagements and responsibilities. Examples of day to day activities include driving sales origination, crisp deal structuring and partnering with fulfillment and operations business partners. Coaching team members to success, end to end follow-through of legal and contract management steps, identify and track global portfolio growth, participate in strategic senior-level projects. This position requires in-depth and hands-on Trade Finance knowledge with a peripheral of Global Transaction Services (GTS). Travel of 40-60% is required as is being a team player.
