General Description:

The Regional Recruiter – Healthcare will be a liaison between the NRC and the National Sales Healthcare Vertical sellers supporting identified regional markets. This individual will be responsible for driving spread within the National and Regional Accounts in the Healthcare Vertical with a specific focus on “rehiring” the healthcare payroll and building a pipeline of around 3-4 core skills within identified regional market areas. Will perform analysis of the existing payroll by skillset to determine an effective sourcing strategy, vet candidates through exit references, and actively market them to the sellers within the Healthcare Vertical. The individual will also rely on alternative delivery programs to generate candidates for highly sought after skills based on analysis of demand within Healthcare Accounts.

This individual must be able to act as a Subject Matter Expert in our Healthcare Vertical National Accounts and the regional markets they support – identifying and communicating current and future demand, specific ‘niche’ or ‘specialized’ skill sets, industry trends, etc. Will leverage that information to bridge communication between field offices and ensure that we are rehiring current technical professionals and building strong pipeline of candidates based on future demand.

The position will report to Jeff Jachowicz – Delivery Manager, Healthcare Services, but will require heavy communication and interaction with Healthcare Vertical field personnel and Healthcare Vertical DNA’s.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge of our Healthcare based accounts

  • In depth understanding of the types of ‘niche’ or ‘specialized’ skill sets within each Healthcare National and Regional market based accounts

  • Responsible for weekly delivery of fresh pipeline candidates and submittals

  • Responsible for providing guidance on immediate action plans needed to fill our current book of business

  • Responsible for compiling, tracking, and communicating with the finishing TPs within our Healthcare National Accounts and Regional markets.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with field personnel in the Healthcare Vertical

  • Leverage relationships with field personnel to improve rehire of current healthcare technical professionals



  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Share Point

  • Excellent communications and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Exceptional problem solving and documentation skills

  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking ability

  • Self starter able to achieve at a high level with little direction

  • Ideal candidates will have some background or exposure to the healthcare industry (more specifically Healthcare IT) but this is not required.

  • Former HIT recruiting or sales experience is a plus but is not required.
