We are in search of an OCI and AI Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Sales Executive to be part of our exciting team. This position is responsible for new account development and growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory, specifically for Federal Civilian - VA, SEC, Commerce, FEC, Federal Reserve, Treasury, System Integrators.

Detailed Description:

An OCI & AI IaaS Sales Executive works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle’s groundbreaking OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across the private or public cloud.

  • Achieves or exceeds the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products.

  • Values teamwork and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members

  • Responsible for the territory and account plans to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.

  • Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.

  • Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.

  • Becomes a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers.

  • Track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts.

  • Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.

  • Travel required

Job Requirements:

  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

  • 8 years relevant work experience.

  • BS/BA preferred.

Career Level - IC4

Responsibilities

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

US: Hiring Range: from $110,000 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
