This individual develops and implements marketing and visual merchandising design to ensure a consistent brand image. Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and guidance for field operations to ensure that existing service locations are operating to the standards set by the organization
Communicates merchandising standards and conducts necessary training accordingly
Implements key visual merchandising strategies critical to profit increase
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Sales
5 + years’ experience in retail marketing, merchandising, and design
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, diplomatic, flexible
Results and people-oriented, but have sound judgment ability to balance other business considerations
Service-oriented, but assertive/persuasive
