This Manager Applications Support, Patient Financial Services will be responsible for:
Managing, implementing and organizing the implementation and maintenance of Epic ADT/Prelude, Epic Hospital Billing, and Bolt-on Technologies the Hospital and Foundations to support Revenue Cycle Functions, including Registration, Insurance Verification, Referral Capture, Authorization Management, and Hospital Billing.
Working closely with PFS Leadership, Foundation administrators, hospital information system staff, professional information system staff, third party vendors, pres-service financial clearance staff and billing staff.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; as well as five to ten years of experience in healthcare or similar industry with concentrated focus on revenue cycle activities billing and collection activities. Two years of formal or informal training and project management experience.
Experience with management of Epic’s ADT/Prelude, Hospital Billing, and Reporting Modules preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of Cadence and other Epic applications and integration a plus.
Strong Demonstrated Experience with healthcare revenue cycle operations from registration through hospital billing.
