Position Summary
This role will support the IVL Medicare local market sales team in a defined market or submarket. This posting is for the North East Territory. Positions will be located in MA, ME, NJ, NY, NC, PA, VA, WV. The individual will seek out and own strategic community partnerships that will drive sales and membership retention. Additionally, they will align the appropriate sales channels and agents with these opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Collaborates with local market Sales Leaders and Broker Managers to nurture established relationships within the local community, i.e., centers of influence and high value providers.
Seeks out and evaluates new and innovative partnerships that are aligned with driving sales, retention, and best in class member experience.
Conducts business justification and ROI analysis for existing and potential partnerships to ensure investments are being maximized.
Co-manages local market grass roots budget with Sales Leader.
Files event requests to obtain all necessary internal approvals, ensures events are staffed with the appropriate internal or external agents, and ensures all necessary equipment and collateral materials are supplied for events.
Tracks results of events, monitors partnerships, and provides updates to leadership. Ensures ongoing refinements are made to maximize effectiveness.
Partners with Sales Leader and Broker Managers to provide best in class broker support.
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding relationship building and account management skills.
Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects and events.
Knowledge of CMS Marketing and Sales compliance guidelines.
Knowledge of local geography and key centers of influence. Availability to travel as necessary.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
