Wolters Kluwer Marketing Specialist (Operations) in Boston, Massachusetts

Under general supervision, responsible for planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives. Works individually or with a team on various marketing activities which may include: advertising, market research, product marketing, e-commerce marketing, direct marketing and/or communications. May also work on developing marketing forecasts, estimating costs, preparing pricing studies, and/or monitoring program/project budgets.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will serve a critical role on the execution team, and in the overall customer journey, ensuring system connectivity across platforms to ensure customer experience meets the strategic objectives of each market segment we serve. This role will ensure campaigns are set up in an optimized fashion to seamlessly flow prospects and customers across systems, and apply best practice requirements across the systems, ensuring the execution meets the strategic intention, optimizing the user journey through the funnel to help the team deliver on revenue and retention goals

  • Maintain Marketing integrations with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software

  • Oversee integration efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Eloqua and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

  • Own precision and quality of the end to end campaign experience across marketing CRM (Eloqua) and sales CRM (Salesforce), LinkedIn, On24, Google Analytics, and other marketing system(s)

  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously

  • Identify system issues and provide timely resolution

  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or related experience

  • Salesforce Administration Certification required, additional badges are a plus

  • Eloqua Experience required (certification and ability to create custom reporting a plus)

  • Experience working with other marketing system integrations into salesforce (e.g. SAP, on24)

  • Experience working through a project management system (e.g. JIRA, Basecamp, WorkZone)

  • Deep technical grasp of CRM integration(s), with the ability to communicate in business terms to key stakeholders

  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft, Excel, Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics

Travel <10% - Per COVID protocols

This can be a Remote/Home Office position
