The Associate Program Marketing Manager, Consulting will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building and industry conversation. Collaborating closely across the leadership, consulting and marketing teams, the Associate Program Marketing Manager will support the launch of our consulting brand, EPAM Continuum.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional project management and writing skills. Successful candidates will balance strategic planning with rolling up their sleeves to execute. Experience working in the consulting industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend strategies to position the EPAM Continuum brand for growth

• Create and manage thought leadership campaigns

• Identify strong client stories and write case studies

• Collaborate with consultants to develop sales materials

• Research, analyze and report out on the competitive landscape

• Organize promotional events and activities

• Develop internal communications strategy

• Nurture relationships with industry associations

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, program marketing, or brand marketing

• Experience in the consulting industry is required

• Strong organizational skills, able to keep many moving pieces coordinated

• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

• Demonstrated experience presenting to a variety of audiences (executive to peer)

• Transition fluidly from strategy planning through execution

• Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures, and stories

• Embodies a learning mindset, welcoming opportunities to learn about new technologies, innovation

• Comfortable writing for internal SMEs

• Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment

• Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to embrace and manage ambiguity

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
