Job summary

The Marketing Operations Manager will drive the implementation and ongoing administration of our marketing automation platform(s) and deliver an excellent experience for our internal stakeholders. You will serve as the technical liaison with the website, email, and tech platforms to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with these platforms. You will also evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to find inventive ways to improve campaign performance and evolve the marketing automation platforms.

This is a fully remote, highly team-oriented role and you must be able to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the marketing tech stack, including Pardot and Salesforce, platform maintenance, enhancements, and various integrations between each platform.

  • Oversee and support the creation, testing, and implementation of marketing emails, landing pages, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

  • Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses.

  • Own highly visible end-to-end demand generation-focused email programs - from gathering requirements, design, and development to testing, launch, reporting, and maintenance.

  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness including email and funnel conversion.

  • Manage our database including list import cleanliness, data accuracy, segmentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws.

  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms

  • Support the marketing team with any day-to-day tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

  • 3-5 years' experience in operations/marketing.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with marketing automation, specifically Pardot and Salesforce (or similar), tagging, URL tracking, HTML, CSS, etc.

  • Experience managing marketing tech stacks with the following automation technologies: Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo/Eloqua.

  • Experience managing marketing tech stacks with the following CRO & Analytics Tools: Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Apps flyer/Tableau.

  • Experience using tagging tools: Google Tag Manager/Tealium, manual tagging, or UTM append.

  • Experience using integration tools: Zapier or any third-party tool

  • Ability to solve and communicate technical issues independently and in a group setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility, strong decision-making skills, and effective time management skills.

  • Proven ability to work with attention to detail.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $64,260.00 - $75,600.00 - $83,160.00
