Wolters Kluwer Marketing Manager -Digital Programs (Remote) in Boston, Massachusetts

The Marketing Manager develops, implements and measures personalized marketing campaigns that help drive individual subscriber retention, uses data insights to identify subscriber segments to target with customized digital and direct mail outreach and promotions and collaborates with marketing and analytics colleagues to improve the customer lifecycle journey.

This role will be 100% remote**

Responsibilities:

  • Using data-driven analysis, identifies underperforming segments to target with personalized, strategic campaigns that supplement the customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborates with analytic colleagues to test and analyze effectiveness of contact strategies; incorporates findings into new strategies to ensure optimization and continual improvement.

  • Provides a clear, actionable results summary for all campaigns.

  • Monitors all Lexicomp email renewal activity and makes campaign updates as needed.

  • Offers input to customer survey creation.

  • Creates monthly reporting on all campaign activity.

  • Conducts other marketing activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing, direct marketing or subscriber retention.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficient with marketing automation tools, Marketo preferred.

  • Experience in marketing to healthcare professionals a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, communications or related fields preferred.

Travel:

  • 5-10% travel 2-3 times per year

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, NY, WA:: $114,100-$159,900
