Philips Marketing Director, Interoperability & Integrated Workflow Solutions (Connected Care) in Boston, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute the Marketing Strategies and Plans for Connected Care, focused on Interoperability and Integrated Workflow Solutions, leveraging assets and capabilities of Philips but also the newly acquired Capsule Technologies in alignment with the markets’ business and overall strategy, and works with the clusters and businesses to ensure perfect and flawless new product introductions and launches. Bridging expertise across Connected Care, you will support the Business Marketing and Sales leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the business, especially around the marketing enablers and metrics. You will also support and coach the modality sales and clinical teams and ensure strategy and plans are aligned. You will also have a lead role in influencing the product strategy and roadmap related to integrated workflow, interoperability and ecosystem partners to deliver improved value for our customers.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Support the integration of organic and inorganic capabilities forces designed to deliver greater value for customer related to interoperability and integrated workflows across an ecosystem of devices (owned and partnered)
Evangelize and champion voice of customer needs related to data and analytics to drive next best clinical action and realize the quadruple aim (patient & provider experience, improve quality/outcomes and reduce costs)
Develop and maintain a 24-month marketing plan for the market by providing audience and business specific insights, and translate this into the GTM business strategy in alignment with the business
Support the Sales Leader in the BMC process (process, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics
Provide market and customer insights and trends to the business
Performance management of assigned portfolio of product, solutions, and services
Support the business by providing market insights and trends, and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the product development phase and localizing it for the market
Form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
Drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market’s business and marketing strategy
Create localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with marketing operations
Support sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities
Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis
Support the events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, IT or similar field
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of relevant marketing or product experience with at least four years of specific marketing experience in data analytics, XaaS businesses or interoperability
Experience leveraging data analytics and an ecosystem of connected devices and capabilities to create enhanced value propositions
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
Ability to bring people together and align them around common goals; leveraging the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues; driving continuous improvement through Lean
Experience leading marketing in complex organizations and/or experience managing the commercial function in a large/complex organization
Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation
Proven track record developing and executing integrated product, service, and solution roadmaps based on markets trends and customer unmet needs
