Marketing and Consumer Analyst

job summary:

In the Digital Marketing and Consumer Analytics role, you will play an important part in shaping the future of customer data . With our customers at the forefront, this role will leverage our data ecosystem to build frameworks and deliver insights to our Marketing team and various other functional partners within the North America Digital Geography. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience working in Consumer Analytics, be a strong communicator/ business partner, and display inquisitive research skills.

salary: $40 - 42 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital Marketing team to identify consumer purchasing insights, including traffic composition, buyer profiles, and campaign and acquisition performance

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent - measure ROI of online campaigns to drive channel mix optimization

  • Extend current customer profile frameworks to action on current consumer trends - optimize to drive future strategy

  • Develop and pilot a measurement strategy, including the definition and reporting of KPIs and processes to review with all functional teams within the digital business

  • Recommend strategies to grow traffic, increase user engagement, and increase conversions/sales

  • Works closely with various functional partners including operations, product merchandising, and site merchandising to identify insights that can influence decisions throughout the entire go-to market-process

  • Develop fact-based strategic and tactical business plans / presentations for leadership on key marketing initiatives

  • Partner closely with internal analytics team to build dashboard and frameworks that can be leveraged by broader team on a regular basis - Democratize data through our functional team
