About the Role
The Private Investing Marketing Analyst is a role on the Global Marketing team. We seek a skilled professional who combines private investing knowledge, strategic marketing experience, a client perspective, and a commercial lens to partner with product management, portfolio managers, product management, legal & compliance and our client services group to effectively position and communicate our private investing capabilities, approaches, and funds. This individual will partner with the Private Investing Marketing Strategist to support the development of the overarching strategy and executing tactical execution plans in coordination with key stakeholders.
This role is part of a global marketing function with locations in Boston, London, Singapore, and Tokyo. As part of the Private Investing marketing team, this individual will also partner closely with our EMEA and APAC marketing teams, our products marketers, as well as with our channel marketers who are aligned with our global client-facing teams. Global Marketing also includes teams dedicated to content creation and management (writing/editing/proofreading, readership optimization and content tagging), public relations, design (digital and print), marketing operations and project management, digital marketing, events, and product marketing.
This person will work across marketing channels to activate with specific focus in the following areas:
Event strategy and execution
Responsible for coordination and implementation of event strategy and execution.
Oversee the formulation and implementation of the event strategy for all conference sponsorship and hosted events, including our annual meeting, that assist with brand awareness, deal sourcing, and fundraising efforts.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, support for presentations and materials, and conducting pre- and post-event evaluations. Additionally, manage the budget, negotiate contracts, and liaise with vendors and suppliers. Occasionally serve as the on-site point of contact.
Create and own a repeatable system for gathering feedback on event success and attendee experience to guide future event planning and participation.
Communications and Branding
Internal communications:
Regularly socializing marketing activities to broader business partners including but not limited to press mentions, quarterly summaries, new content, quarterly measurement highlights. etc.
Collaborate with investment product fund services team and product marketing on sales training and support, and with client services group on regular distribution of new materials
External communications & Brand
Partner with marketing strategist to develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the platforms public image, including management of paid media.
Ensure consistent and clear messaging across all external communications
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials.
Collect and analyze feedback from external communications and branding efforts.
Report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
Analyze, monitor, and provide feedback on industry and peer trends to ensure content and positioning are differentiated, relevant and compelling

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 65,000 - 150,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
