KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Tax Regional Marketing to join our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy development for the Tax practice for the New York Metro and New England Upstate New York regions, in close partnership with Tax BU leadership, to build a measurable tax marketing plan

  • Develop and manage the overall event and sponsorship strategy for respective priority regions such as sharing of key client issues to address, topics to consider, and speaker pool

  • Define, deploy, and optimize local Tax Partner/Manager branding including Social Share, trade publications, LinkedIn usage, and paid social

  • Promote national initiatives such as Webcasts, podcasts, and thought leadership and drive large event strategy across local Tax BUs

  • Work with BUPIC, Market Relationship Director and Go to Market Operations to launch and activate local campaigns and develop marketing plans to build awareness and demand

  • Leverage data analytics and insights from CRM to help the practice cross sell services lines across accounts; create and support Go to market / Sales Enablement programs in the respective regions to encourage growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience in marketing, ideally in professional services

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to travel as needed to key events and office visits in New Jersey, Boston, and New York

  • Executive presence and confidence to work with senior level partners

  • Ability to drive alignment on go to market initiatives with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong Project Management Skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
