What You'll Do Here:

  • Act as the liaison between, and partner with, HES Leaders as well as the Sales VP and DOS teamto drive thought leadership, development, and implementation of learning opportunities for in-person and virtual initiatives across all critical sales process and development topics.

  • Refine our learning programs and initiatives as well as develop tools for measuring success and effectiveness.

  • Develop learning modules that are short and impactful (e.g. learning bursts) that can fit within the workflow of our sales force

  • Work with our marketing teams to integrate best pedagogical practices for training and digital learning.

  • Bring creative and innovative ideas to the HES organization regarding the development and design of online/blended learning that integrates digital learning to new and existing Sales L&D programs and initiatives.

  • Drive best practice training and raise overall competency levels of digital selling, raising the bar for the sales force to achieve even greater digital sales and penetration

  • Develop benchmarks and goals for our Sales L&D programs with clear learning objectives and assessments following each module.

  • Foster digital selling proficiency by developing and executing on learning opportunities that are both time relevant and application oriented.

  • Act as the Program Lead for maintaining and developing our key learning platforms.

  • Work in collaboration with the Embedded Sales L&D Directors to ensure updated and relevant content in all Onboarding Courses.

  • Main contact/partner with marketing for our on-demand content management system.

  • Responsible for providing feedback on templates, layout and content to provide the best learning experience the sales team.

  • Research and consistently evaluate the accuracy of the on-demand content available to our team across all learning platforms.

  • Program owner for the Sales On-Boarding program within our learning management system.

  • Develop Programmatic learning within the disciplines

  • Key contributor to our Sales Competency Development Program

  • Determine right content, right delivery and right timing for sales process specific trainings

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Business, or other related fields. Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Up to 3 years of prior demonstrated L&D experience or instructional design.

  • Minimum of 4 years of Educational, B2B and / or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience with a proven track record of success at all customer levels

  • Proven knowledge of common sales processes with experience applying the techniques.

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading training programs and sessions for large sales teams.

  • Extensive experience with CRM, sales reporting and/or knowledge and content management tools

  • A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in and across the organization, as well as sales representatives and support staff

  • Must demonstrate leadership, influence, project management, and relationship-building skills

  • Must have attention to detail and commitment to quality while maintaining results and customer satisfaction

  • Willingness to travel by car and by air as required for business purposes

  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
