Summary:
The Manager, Recruitment Marketing, NORAM, role is a leadership position at Meta (previously Facebook) for an experienced marketing leader to create and execute the strategy for how we authentically share the value of building and growing a career at Meta. In this role, you’ll lead a team of digital marketing and event marketing experts, set marketing strategy, organize resources against key priorities, and partner with Recruiting, Employer Branding, DEI and other cross-functional leaders to help Meta attract and engage the talent necessary for its success – today and in future. Manager, Recruitment Marketing, NORAM Responsibilities:
Lead vision and design of omni-channel marketing strategies that engage and inspire our target audience and grow the top of our funnel with qualified candidates
Actively solve for scale and agility through building effective team operating models and processes
Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity, and inclusion across all elements and experiences
Manage, own and track budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial goals
Be the expert consultative partner for recruiting teams and use strategic and data-driven candidate attraction plans to help them achieve their hiring targets
Build relationships with leaders across recruiting to influence roadmaps and decisions
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence partner teams to drive alignment, change and results
Use data and reporting to inform decisions and regularly share results, insights, and impact with cross-functional partners and leadership
Maintain an external, future-focus and identify macro trends to leverage when opportunities and solve for when risks
Lead and build high performing teams exhibiting strong people manager behaviors of showing care
Execute work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects
Bias-to-action and focused on results
Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of experience building and executing marketing and branding programs targeting specific audience segments
3+ years people management and leadership experience
Experience building, optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion and engagement using data-driven strategies
Proficient at managing budget and coordinating resources across multiple initiatives
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and experience to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
Experience in pivoting quickly and adapt to business needs and changing candidate landscape to stay best-in-class
Experience navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward
