We have the best solution engineers in the industry and we know how important it is for our Solutions (Pre-Sales) teams to have access to the best training resources in order to be “sales ready”. We focus on leader development, skills, product, and industry enablement. The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a highly motivated team player to join the team as a Manager for the Global Industry Learning team. The role will deliver enablement on industry products and industry solutions to pre-sales teams around the world. The manager will define programs by collaborating with various teams. This role is a key contact for the delivery of technical training material and is responsible to facilitate enablement sessions. The Manager is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality.

Primary Responsibilities

Enablement Program DELIVERY

  • Deliver instructional content or tools and industry product demonstrations for solutions enablement sessions.

  • Determine organizations development needs relating to industry products and solutions.

  • Understand the Salesforce industry cloud product features and keep up with the fast pace of Salesforce product releases.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of our partner solutions or 3rd party products used as part of our industry solutions.

  • Partner closely with a Learning Design team to co-design, build, and manage learning curriculum.

  • Capture feedback on learning assets and programs and provide to design team for review.

  • Publish videos from recorded enablement sessions for self-led enablement access.

  • Assist in managing key logistical tasks including scheduling for enablement sessions and tracking participation.

  • Deliver participant-centered, and effective learning with confidence, passion and enthusiasm (both in-person and virtual).

  • Ensure consistency across delivery experience for end-learners.

  • Manage detailed enablement projects, ensuring that project team members are focused and executing their assigned tasks effectively and on time.

  • Align with the Go-To Market teams to support to develop an understanding of sales plays, ISV solutions and partners for each industry.

  • Align with Enablement Business Partners to understand the OU business need for industry learning.

  • Leverage a peer learning framework to empower the field SME to contribute to learning sessions.

  • Curate crowd-sourced learning content.

  • Manage asset library to promote or retire industry learning.

  • All enablement sessions and learning assets usage are tracked to include attendance, survey data, and feedback.

  • Maintain a focus on CSAT for all produced sessions.

  • Author social communication posts on all enablement video and related content.

  • Publish messaging in support of the execution and success of our learning programs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree is required

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years work experience.

  • Background in solution engineering or technical enablement of pre-sales engineering teams.

  • Demonstrate knowledge in one or more industries Salesforce supports and/or experience with one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds.

  • Experience delivering learning programs in a corporate education environment.

  • Demonstrated understanding of learning design principles.

  • Strong facilitation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.

  • Courage to challenge perspectives and receive constructive feedback.

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills supporting the need to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with a minimal direction.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and a proven ability to track and execute corporate initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Good working understanding of presentation tools.

Preferred

  • 3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing solutions engineering professionals and executives.

  • Experience managing logistics for virtual and in-person learning delivery.

  • Experience in software demonstration to include script and click-path creation.

  • Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (GoogleSheets, Excel, SmartSheets)

  • Experience with LMS systems.
