KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Performance Insights to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Monitor, analyze and report on cross-functional sales and marketing performance
Identify opportunities for performance improvement in sales, marketing and go-to-market tactics
Collaborate across the firm to synthesize data from various sources to contribute to insights
Utilize marketing and sales data to develop meaningful end-to-end customer focused views
Develop cross channel insights for strategic run-the-business recommendations
Document business requirements and develop business cases for new business initiatives and technology enhancements
Minimum two years of recent management consulting experience, with a focus on business performance improvement and digital transformation or minimum three years in business insights or related role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Understanding of business value drivers and how technology and analytics enable capabilities which impact business outcomes
Demonstrated understanding of how to apply data analytics capabilities to solve complex business problems
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and/or latest business intelligence tools and capabilities, including Tableau CRM, Analytics Studio, Datorama, BI
Excellent oral and written communication skills
