JOB SUMMARY

This job directly supports a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The incumbent's primary focus is to assist in executing business and operational strategies throughout the business through effective communications with executives, team members, functional resources, diligent program management, and the research and tracking of key initiatives. The incumbent has a high level of visibility with the executive leadership and growth teams and will have access to highly confidential business and operational strategy for the organization. The incumbent plans and directs administrative and strategic initiatives for the ELT member. Develops and maintains relationships with key leaders and functional team members to promote corporate initiatives. Serves as lead project manager for initiatives and tasks advancing strategies. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

  • Translate growth strategy into operational reality; break down strategies and department initiatives into key tasks and identify accountabilities.

  • Provide suport to a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by driving special projects related to business strategies.Requires influence with key leaders within the department and across the organization.

  • Develop and communicate key components of project objectives and recommendations within the department and across the organization.Work with various departments to prepare ELT member for meetings with various constituents, including board of directors an other external audiences.

  • Compile reports, ad hoc presentations, briefings, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management

Substitutions

  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 years with Financial Analytics

  • 3 years in a management or leadership role

Preferred

  • 5 years in the Healthcare Industry
