This position will report directly to the Director of the Mass Markets - Business Intelligence organization. They will be responsible for managing a team that creates unit forecasts, using detailed trends and predictive analytics, for various aspects of the Mass Markets organization. They will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders (Finance, Product, Pricing, Accounting, and Marketing) to ensure segment strategies are trackable and decisions are based on data/analytics.
The Main Responsibilities
Experience developing forecast trends and tracking actual performance against those goals
Ability to translate business requirements into data analytics for actions
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
Experience managing a team to drive performance and achieve both short & long-term goals
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work cross functional and influence key stakeholders
Business Trends creation, problem solving, and root cause analysis
Knowledge of financial concepts such as CLV, NPV, ROI, Margin, etc.
Ability to manage key tools, dashboards, and business assumptions across a multitude of product lines and market trends
Familiarity aggregating decentralized data/information into rational business analysis of performance
Ability to lead/work multiple projects simultaneously
Able to review and make data supported conclusions regarding the performance and opportunities of the business through strategic and tactical thinking
Ability to work independently and is comfortable working in ambiguity
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills with a driven work ethic
What We Look For in a Candidate
Forecasting/Planning experience using detailed models
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
6-8 years related experience
Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data processing software is a plus
