Key Interfaces: external partners, accounting, marketing, design, and product teams.

Purpose:

The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of projects and tasks that contribute to the overall success of the Licensing team and our partners’ products.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for vendor creation, article creation, and promo order entry for all licensees to ensure successful integration of licensed products with the Brand.

Coordinate seasonal information sharing with licensees by partnering with internal teams such as Design, Product Marketing, and Brand Comms.

Maintain a calendar of development milestones to deliver timely communication to all partners

Work with Licensing managers to approve physical product samples

Manage on-hand sample inventory of licensed products and assist with integration of products into Brand photo shoots and Retail channels

Provide support to Licensing managers as needed, including meeting coordination, tracking Legal documents, and assistance with creating presentations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems

Strong written communication skills and comfortable with communicating cross-functionally to a variety of teams and partners

Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time according to priorities

Positive, solution-oriented attitude; self-motivated and willingness to be a team player

1 year relevant work experience
