Colleges of the Fenway Licensed Trades Person HVAC - Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts
Responds to, trouble-shoots, and repairs HVAC equipment throughout the campus. Monitors, maintains, services, and repairs mechanical equipment. Installs and repairs kitchen equipment and bathroom fixtures and is a team member for in house construction projects. Familiar with JCI and Schneider EcoStruxure control systems. Must use our CMMS System to receive and complete work orders and enter time by using a PC, laptop or mobile device. Must possess a MA drivers license, a current journeyman license, and have the ability to pull permits as required. This is an evening shift.
Required Qualifications:
Shall possess a current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician and/or Journeyman Electrical License
Vocational or technical training ? Field of study: HVAC/R, Electrical, BAS
High School Diploma
MA Driver?s License
