Position Summary

As a Director of Product Management, Personalization & Conversational AI, you will play a critical role in developing the strategy and roadmap to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences. Your technical acumen, experience in digital personalization and c onversational AI, and n atural l anguage p latforms will be critical to building a differentiated user experience across our mobile app experience. You will lead defining your team’s strategy with a focus on enabling personalization and enterprise self-service across health, pharmacy, e-commerce, and member experiences in the CVS App. You will ensure the team has a clear roadmap that provides a leading customer experience while also supporting our financial goals. You will improve our digital products by bringing a passion for continuous improvement and experience coaching product managers. You will also use your exceptional communication skills to help partners throughout the organization embrace a product mindset.

  • Leads the personalization and conversational AI product management team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive the successful execution of digital product initiatives.

  • Manages the prioritization and allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines to effectively execute digital product initiatives.

  • Oversees the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive innovative digital solutions.

  • Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, and engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Understand and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize product features and user experience.

  • Identifies and revises Personalization and c onversational AI train-level KPIs to deliver product OKRs, socializes progress and consistently reinforces objectives .

    Required Qualifications

    10+ years of experience of digital product management experience

    6+ years of Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

    2+ years of experience with defining personalization, s peech, NLP, or c onversational AI systems.

    2+ years of experience with m obile a pp experience launching iOS and Android products.

    4+ Leadership experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience presenting to executive level audience.

    Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries .

    Master’s degree Education bachelor’s degree or equitant work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$144,200.00 - $288,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
