As a Customer Success Intern, you will use your abilities to partner with Account Managers to identify risk and construct opportunities to increase adoption. You will also work cross functionally to compile and analyze trends leveraging and other tools to optimize team efficiency and the customer experience while gaining extensive knowledge of the Cloud Computing industry

What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

You are a determined, self-starter with good analytical and communication skills, are well organized, and looking to learn more about the Customer Success industry. You will partner with the Customer Success team as well as other primary business functions to help gather the context required to make improvements to the customer experience. You are looking for an opportunity to gain real world experience and understand the importance of account management all while being on the forefront of the cloud revolution

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals you will work toward completing?

Immediately and in an ongoing manner you will:

  • Complete a well-organized onboarding plan receiving Cloud Accreditations as well as becoming CloudHealth certified

  • Shadow customer interactions to help advocate on behalf of customers and aid in problem solving

  • Develop an understanding of core Customer Success practices and KPIs to help us achieve our goals

  • Consult with the key functions of Customer Success to understand unique needs and ensure alignment across the org

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

As part of CloudHealth’s Customer Success organization, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in multi-cloud industry best practices to enhance your cloud knowledge and best support the team

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies within the Customer Success org

  • Assist with analyzing and reporting on customer programs to internal stakeholders

  • Perform regular data analysis and present key findings to Customer Success leadership

  • Support Account Management teams on their customer engagements by curating content for strategic presentations

  • Develop strong relationships cross-functionally
