What you’ll do on a typical day:
Design and deliver scalable integration solutions, covering all facets of the lifecycle: development, runtime and operations
Provide leadership by developing guidance around middleware-based integration architecture, strategies, guidelines and standards.
Oversee and review work products of others. Coach others to promote knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
Technical experience in integration design patterns, SOA governance, and information modeling that pertains to integration
Familiarity with integration best practices - routing, filtering, transformation/enrichment, batching, encoding, optimization, correlation, standardization/normalization
Extensive expertise in utilizing Event-driven and Messaging platforms: queues, subscriptions/topics (JMS, MSMQ, MQSeries, Service Bus)
Familiar with information security and protection of data in-motion and at rest (encryption, transport and message security)
Define and delivering integrated solutions by applying proven delivery methodologies and Agile techniques.
Ability to assist in troubleshooting complex data and application integration issues, including performance, scalability and reliability
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Business
5 years of experience
Experience with one or more Integration Middleware products: Tibco, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft BizTalk, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, WebMethods
Hands-on experience with common transmission protocols, file formats, canonical structures, and tools: HTTP, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT/XSD/WSDL, JSON, EDI, AS/2, SQL
