This is a key co-op position in the Integrated Process Development group within the blended Process & Engineering organization of Gillette Blades & Razors business. Our mission is to develop and deliver robust, in control, on target, and capable processes that sustainably meets or exceeds product quality requirements. The scope of this role is to execute lab, pilot, and manufacturing based projects to deliver robust processes and innovate new processes that will drive superior products. This team collaborates with Manufacturing and Research & Development to bring to life new products that delight consumers and are made efficiently.

Within this role, one would be able to guide and influence technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational process understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application. The candidate would also perform application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward. Additionally, the candidate would gain exposure to and demonstrates initial proficiency in performing integration work.

Job Qualifications

Criteria:

  • Candidates seeking BS/MS degree in Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering is preferred, but not required

  • Other BS/MS Engineering majors will be considered

  • Are 1-4 years away from Graduation (Engineering school/Universities)

  • Candidates with previous Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required

  • Successful candidates will be willing to travel on the job

  • Candidates possess the following skills: Ability to operate with discipline, problem definition/solving, collaborate, communicate effectively verbally and in written form, embrace change

Key Considerations:

  • All positions are entry level management interns/co-ops

  • This position is in Boston, Massachusetts based

  • Procter & Gamble generally seeks to hire individuals that are in good standing at their university and/or field of study, this typically means people with an overall G.P.A of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale.

  • This co-op duration is 12+ weeks starting in September

  • We will provide relocation support to get you where we need you.
