ReSource Pro Insurance Operations – Digital Solutions Executive (Remote) in Boston, Massachusetts

ReSource Pro is seeking an Insurance Operations ? Digital Solutions Executive to join our Business Development team to lead development of strategic solutions for clients. This individual will engage with clients to understand business objectives, assess clients? current situation and future needs, uncover root causes of challenges in clients? operations, collaborate with clients and internal teams on alternate approaches, to develop digital solutions. This role will, in collaboration with sales teams and operations solution architects consult with client on value proposition of opportunities to introduce/enhance digital solutions as part of the solution. The digital solutions developed are typically an amalgamation of robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in the Property & Casualty Insurance and Employee Benefits industries. Our Insurance Operations ? Digital Solutions Executive will leverage expertise in insurance operations, digital transformations, consultative sales, and the insurance industry to develop strategic digital solutions to clients. This critical role works closely with our sales team, our delivery team, and our client?s leadership teams.

*While solutions developed will constitute coming together of Information Technology solutions, this is not an IT position.

This is a remote role with about 50% business related travel. Your location can be based anywhere in the continental United States - our goal is to be where our clients are.

The Role:

Uncover Client Requirements

  • Collaborate with business development team by engaging early in the requirements discovery process to understand client challenges, objectives, business drivers, and client?s current digital footprint and strategy

  • Provide digital (RPA/AI/ML) related consultative subject matter expertise by lending deep credibility while understanding client?s current digital related success stories and digital related challenges

  • Identify and capture opportunities for process digitization

Develop Solutions

  • Envision digital operation model and lead development of specific detailed digital solutions and associated documentation and communicate to various internal onshore and offshore teams, while also identifying situations where proof-of-concepts might be required

  • Participate in the construction of financial models to align with solution, while demonstrating good understanding of services P&L, cash flow, ROI (Return on investment) and business impact

Consultative Selling

  • Collaborate with business development to consult with client on the value proposition of ReSource Pro solutions and support the proposal process with presentations and technical expertise

  • Participates in proposal presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, while leading discussions around the digital components of solutions

Support Onboarding and Implementation

  • Take the lead in bringing onboarding, delivery and technology teams to speed on client requirements, success criteria and alignment of the salient features of the digital solution

  • Supports flawless execution to ensure the digital solutions is operationalized and objectives are achieved

Enterprise Contributions

  • Influences a broad spectrum of internal and client stakeholders towards achieving business goals by building consensus and ensuring understanding of technical matters by non-technical and executive decision makers

  • Ideate digital related proof of concepts that are aligned to market opportunities

  • Advises and councils organization on latest principles, practices and/or technologies and their practical applications

  • Lead via key contributions towards enhancing the future for digital solutions across the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor?s degree with preferred areas of learning in technology and business

  • 5+ years of work experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits industry is required

  • 5+ years of work experience in operations management in a service environment is required

  • Deep experience and exposure related to automation, AI, ML in P&C insurance is required

  • Experience with IT and security aspects of IT as related to automation, AI and ML is a plus

  • External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, solutioning, pre-sales and contracting is a plus

  • Experience with consulting organizations or tier-1 BPO organization experience highly preferred

  • Project management skills and ability to use formal project management methodologies to define, plan, and execute successful projects
