What you’ll be doing...

The Industry Go To Market Director, Global Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving growth among Tableau’s largest and most strategic customers across the globe. This role reports directly into each Industry AVP Sales, responsible for building the Industry programs which will result in large, complex enterprise deals across.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Industry based challenges, use cases and opportunities.

  • Work with Sales, Solutions, Product & BVS to construct industry specific plays and programs enabling the field sellers to run an industry-first sales motion.

  • Define a clear, compelling vision and set of priorities that will grow Tableau’s largest enterprise accounts and increase retention rates.

  • Translate challenges into solutions, focused on value and outcomes.

  • Establish trusted relationships with cross-functional and enterprise-wide sales teams.

  • Align and coordinate product, customer success, and services teams to drive success for our customers.

  • Support a high performing team; ensure there are sufficient resources in place to support business growth objectives.

Who you are...

  • 10+ years of sales experience.

  • Strategic enterprise software sales experience with a track record of supporting or closing $5-10M+ complex deals at the C-level.

  • Collaborator capable of building a world class culture and inclusive team.

  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.

  • Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across various teams/functions.

  • Experience selling Analytics software is a plus.
