Autodesk Construction Solutions is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Growth & Campaign Development team to participate in transforming marketing for our flagship construction platform: Autodesk Construction Cloud.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you must be thirsty for data, as you’ll be responsible for analyzing digital programs and web experiences. The focus of your efforts will be on identifying opportunities for performance optimization, and then prioritizing those ideas with our team. You will need to work cross-functionally to gather needed resources and support for proper testing and future implementation.
You will collaborate and work closely with product and content marketing teams, marketing operations, and web publishing to ensure execution across various programs and platforms. Radical collaboration and streamlined project management will be required.

Develop new strategiesfor exponential business growth
Understand targetpersonas,customers, andindustryinfluencers
Track, analyze and optimizeourcustomer’s web-based journey
Experimentcontinuouslyto improvefunnel metrics and sales pipeline
Collaboratewith program owners to optimize end-to-end performance
Conduct variousresearch to informdigitalmarketing strategy
Execute strategic optimizations acrossthemultiple web properties andapps
Work cross-functionally with other Autodeskteamsto ensuresuccess of optimization efforts
BA,BSor equivalent degree in Marketing or related field
3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing roles
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) andSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)experiencerequired
Proficient in a variety ofdigital marketingplatforms andKPIs
Experiencedonplatforms such as Google Analytics,OptimizelyandHotjar
Familiar withAdobeExperience Manager,Looker,andMarketo
Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be sharp, energetic, assertive, andresults-oriented. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) Industry highly desirable, but not required
