The AWS World Wide Field Enablement (WWFE) team is seeking an experienced sales enablement leader to join our team and to build and manage our strategic tools enablement with a focus on driving engagement with core productivity tools and capabilities. This position works with World Wide Revenue Operations (WWRO) Product Management organization and Field leadership to align WWFE with the objectives and goals to build a sales team that consistently engages beyond tactical value-added discussions and earns the position of trusted advisor. You will build and manage a comprehensive tool enablement strategy and work with talented content developers, field producing leads and key product management stakeholders to align the learning journey strategy with strategic business outcomes and innovation on behalf of AWS customers.

In this role, you will partner with field productivity teams located in geographies around the world and translate a set of diverse needs into an impactful learning experience for the seller. You will lead a team who deeply understands the Amazon Culture and AWS core field competencies and determine how these are woven into everything that we do. Your team will use quantitative and anecdotal data to prepare narratives on the key learnings, observations and make recommendations.

The successful candidate will combine their super powers to dive deep with focus on the areas of greatest impact to deliver results. You have strong communication skills, ability to work cross functionally and deep understanding of how the field operates. In this role you will work with a broad set of stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, this is a hands-on position – and you are willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to

· Lead strategic tools enablement including strategy, content design, content build, testing, launch, delivery and reporting

· Build and manage strategic tool launches for some of our biggest productivity tools

· Build a community of high performing internal tools enablement ambassadors and sponsors to increase sales efficiency and create impact at scale

· Actively collaborate with sales leaders and identify opportunities to build revenue generating training and enablement sales programs

· Listen to the geographies and incorporate their voice into our observations and recommendations

· Define new metrics to measure the effectiveness of our enablement program

Position may be based in Seattle, WA; Boston, MA; Arlington, VA/Washington, DC; Dallas, TX; NewYork/New Jersey; or Atlanta, GA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years’ of internal or communications experience

  • A bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as , Communications, Human Resources, or Analytics

  • Program or enablement experience

  • Excellent and verbal communications skills

  • Demonstrate strategic confidence under tight timeframes. Able to combine situational information with logic to deliver strategic communications for executive leaders in rapidly evolving situations.

  • Market and industry aware. Able to spot emerging topics and developing proactive plans with , including crafting communications.
