The Supply Chain Innovation team builds & drives an aligned strategy to deliver against Converse’s business priorities. We partner with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure that the Operations functions are well positioned to achieve those goals and bolster our competitive advantage in the marketplace.

As the Senior Product Manager you will play an important role in shaping the future of Converse and the Operations function. You will be part of Performance Management and Analytics team, within Supply Chain Innovation, which is charged with building and driving a strategy at the intersection of 1) Performance Management (prioritizing our Key Metrics and making them clear, transparent and impactful) 2) Analytics (capturing the right data, making it accessible and visualizing insights in order to drive decision-making) and 3) Culture (focusing on the culture of performance to help drive adoption and build analytics capability across all operations).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that will be a business leader who can help set a strategy, define the business problem to solve, and partner with data engineer and insights resources to bring products to life and through adoption. In addition to product manager experience and capabilities, we hope you love diving into data and enjoy telling stories helping others see the benefit of data based decision-making; balancing both depth in analytics and breadth as a strategic business leader driving our culture of analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Senior Product Manager for Global Operations, you will be accountable for helping lead the definition and creation of foundational data and analytics tools to help business partners across Converse unlock insights related to our global Operations. You will be accountable for the technology roadmaps, development with the engineering team, alignment with data privacy and security standards, and architectural alignment. You will partner closely with business partners driving alignment on roadmaps, capabilities, timelines and prioritization that meets the needs of the business as well as ensuring that data & analytics capabilities are driving value.

This role also requires a high level of business partner engagement. For every product that is scoped and delivered, you will team directly with the team and executive sponsor to clarify the problem to solve and guide the team through training and adoption. In turn, this gives you exposure across all of our Operations functions and teams.
