As a Fulfillment Associate , Document Management, you will help impact the lives of millions of people and shape society for the future. You will work in unison with our service teams to assist our clients remain in legal compliance. We are looking for individuals who are positive, energetic, accountable, flexible, and committed to self-development.

In this position, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from the local office in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers. Researching and analyzing legal documents. Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations.

  • Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of corporations.

  • Researching entity status.

  • Resolving or escalating issues.

  • Following requests through to completion.

  • Communicating progress to customers and internal teams.

  • Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required.

  • Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success.

  • Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline) preferred.​

Experience:

  • 2 years customer service experience, including:

  • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately. Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately.

  • Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication.

  • Working independently while still being an integral part of a team.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
