OBJECTIVE: To develop departmental budgeting procedures and ensure compliance by divisions with requirements of Budget Committee.
Develop and improve budgeting procedures
Train department managers in the budgeting process
Compile departmental budgets into division financial statements
Maintain 5-year comparative income statements by division
Review and analyze financial reports
Develop standard reporting requirements for variance analysis
Schedule and attend all budget and financial review meetings
Maintain records on budget variances for all divisions
Assist department managers in resolving budget variances
Assist with financial reporting
Assist with year-end closing
Assist with internal audits as assigned
Provide backup support for department managers

+ Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or finance
2 years relevant experience
Strong computer skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability and willingness to work independently
Ability and willingness to travel to all divisions
