Position Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to joinHealthEdge’sFinancial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”)team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance team and senior management byprovidingvaluable insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making andoptimizefinancial performance.

About Center of Excellence:

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provideexpertisein a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case ofHealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions andallowsthe enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

Your Impact:

  • Gain technical understanding and knowledge across business lines, while working directly with senior management and other internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis, insights & recommendations.

  • Assistin financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with focus on revenue,expenseand headcount management to help drive profitability as well as support the continuing growth of thebusiness

  • Assistin creating andmaintainingcomplex financial models to support the monthly forecasting process and on-going ad-hoc analysis;Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Prepare management reports & dashboards focused around financial & operational KPI’s;Drivereporting automation and develop new and improved metrics and processes.

  • Assistwith acquisition integrations and promote financial standardization & education across newlyacquiredbusinessunits

  • Collaborate with accounting teamsto ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial reportingin accordance withGAAP standards.

  • Build financial models for new business concepts, make analytical judgments, and provide data intensive analyses to drive meaningful change.

  • Assistin the annual budgeting process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, perform analysis, andvalidateassumptions.

  • Work both within the Finance team and with other departments on continuous systems integration & improvement (Hyperion EPBCS / NetSuite ERP / Salesforce / UltiPro)

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Finance, Economics or Accounting

  • 3-5 years of experience in a financial advisory capacity in Corporate Financial Planning

  • Proficiencyin financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel; experience withOracle Enterprise Business Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution or other FP&A software is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

  • High levelof integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and conducting financial analysis.

Geographic Responsibility:  WhileHealthEdgeis located inBurlington, MA you may live anywherein the United States,but we are ideally looking for a local candidate (2-3 days per week in Burlington/Boston office)
