Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Boston, MA to join their team. This client is an insurance company that is currently growing. They offer a great benefits package, including a 401K with match and paid volunteer time. They are a business casual environment. They also hold team building events. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days in office and 3 days remote.Responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analyst will assist with preparing forecasts and budgets

• Analyze operating expenses and prepare variance reports

• Present financial reports

• As a Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial audits and regulatory exams

• Perform special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

• 2 years of related experience

• Insurance industry experience

• Proficient Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
