About the Program

We are seeking five highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Finance Co-Op Program for a six-month program starting January 2025. The Finance Co-Op provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a unique experience in corporate finance and accounting. Over the course of the 6-month program, Co-Ops sharpen their skills through a variety of experiences including ownership of daily responsibilities, participation in special projects, and completion of a cross-functional community service project. Assignments are designed to challenge Co-Ops to learn, adapt, and add value to their teams. Finance co-ops who excel in the Program will be considered for future other full-time finance positions as they are available.

Each Finance Co-Op is assigned a peer mentor to help introduce them to Takeda’s corporate culture and the values and goals of the finance department.
