We currently offer the following position in our office in Boston, MA which will be fully remote.

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Come join a fantastic team! You will be a part of the Field Service Team and Technical Customer Support Department and report to the Regional Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, troubleshooting, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair to achieve optimum customer care delivering professional service with effective working practices. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions

  • Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service, including exchanging valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales

  • Cooperate closely with Customer Care to ensure smooth and fast processes that lead to delighted customers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Associates degree preferred with 3+ years’ experience or 4+ years of relevant experience and/or vocational training with a technical or engineering background or relevant military experience

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience

  • Ability to travel up to 70%
