  • Prospect qualify and close new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and target markets

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to close - including business development, sales pitches and demos

  • Track and maintain all sales activities within salesforce

  • Help to shape the organizations sales playbook, customer journey and road map and push the team to new heights

  • Attain and exceed sales activity and quota every month

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand their pain points and add value to their organization

  • Go above and beyond your day to day activities to add value to the team and organization

  • Prior experience in an early stage organization is desired

  • 5+ years of quota carrying, closing SaaS sales experience

  • Prior experience in HR Tech / Edtech highly desired but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to overachieve sales activities and quota

  • Full understanding of the competitive landscape and it's main players

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset

  • Prior experience with hubspot, sales navigator, salesforce

My client is global market leader in executive coaching and leadership development SaaS. They are an early stage company who continuously receives ample funding and has maintained around 50% YoY growth over the last few years.

  • $125 - 150k base, $250 - 300k OTE

  • Remote role with the ability to travel to the Boston office on occasion
