Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core needs of plan sponsors and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for the institutional retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their clients live their best financial lives.
Job Description:
Fiduciary Advisory Services (FAS) and Defined Contribution Investment Consulting (DCIC) Programs across RPWS serve Defined Contribution [i.e., 401(k) plan] clients. Services across advisory programs include plan menu design, Investment Policy Statement (IPS) creation, due diligence and recommendations, and investment performance reporting. The Institutional Investment Consulting (IIC) Program serves charitable organizations, pension, welfare benefit and profit sharing plans, corporations, high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates with $20M or more in Portfolio assets. Services across IIC include asset allocation recommendations, investment policy statement creation, manger searches and recommendations, and investment performance reporting.
Primary responsibilities:
Responds to financial advisor and internal stakeholder queries for the advisory programs including but not limited to program guideline exceptions, rollout of new initiatives, platform escalations, investments
Supports implementation of initiatives to streamline and de-risk across advisory programs
Executes communication plan for rollout of new product initiatives
Develops and maintains reporting, metrics, analytics
Prepares presentations for senior management to evaluate trends for the business
Develops and maintains marketing materials
Manages data lists and develops processes to ensure accuracy of data across the business
Executes on program guideline escalations including maintaining client and advisor lists, sending required communications, mailing client letters
Executes on business processes, including conducting and documenting peer reviews
Required Skills:
Excellent project and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in MS excel; must have experience working with large data sets
Ability to execute detail oriented tasks in a fast paced environment with a high attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and work with multiple stakeholders as part of a team
Experience in a product management role a plus
Experience working with Financial Advisors and Branch Office staff a plus
Enterprise Role Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring performance of Retirement product, working with more senior Product Managers in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.
