Cosentini Associates (, a Tetra Tech company, invites you to consider an exciting opportunity at our Boston office. We are seeking an innovative and experiencedElectrical Engineerto join our renowned design team to design and manage a portfolio of projects.

About this opportunity:

As anElectrical Engineer (senior leve) at Cosentini, you will have the opportunity to apply your design expertise on exciting and challenging national and international projects. You will be working with some of the top engineers in the field, gaining additional expertise and building your reputation and career. You will have a chance to make a difference through designing energy efficient systems that set the standards for building system design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing electrical power design for variety of building types including high rise residential, hotel, office, college and university facilities, and other commercial and institutional projects.

  • Develop design documents using Revit software

  • Performing service load calculations

  • Interface with clients

  • Construction Administration including reviewing submittals and providing responses to Requests for Information

What kind of candidate are we looking for?We are seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and 10+ years of experience in the design of building power systems for high rise residential, hotel and office buildings, and other commercial and institutional facilities.

Qualifications/Skills include:

  • Proficient with the use of AutoCAD and Revit software.

  • Excellent technical skills, strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements and industry standards

  • Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment

  • PE registration is highly preferred
