The Global Communications team is seeking a part-time intern for the Spring 2022 semester.
As an Editorial Communications Intern, you will support the creation of editorial assets for communications programming and campaigns. This position reports to the Manager, Editorial Communications, Channel Analytics and Strategy and sits within the company’s Global Communications Centers of Excellence.
This is a part-time, remote-based, paid spring internship, starting in January 2022. While you may be located anywhere in the U.S., you will be expected to be available during core East Coast business hours at least 15 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
Write crisp, clean short and long-form copy including, but not limited to email copy, blogs, video scripts, infographics, podcasts, social media posts and intranet/internet pages
Follow consistent style and tone of voice guidelines in writing and editing copy
Be a protector and enhancer of company reputation, tone and style guidelines
Help manage the corporate editorial calendar and be involved in editorial processes
Perform content audits and map to performance analytics
Pursuing a BS or MS degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
Must be currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university
Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including editing and proofreading
Ability to manage multiple writing assignments, and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to prioritize, organize, schedule, self-manage, and coordinate projects
Proficient with G-Suite
Knowledge of social platforms
Strong analytical skills
