Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Director, North America Wholesale Marketplace Operations to join the Converse North America Enterprise Workflow and Gameplan team.

You will lead a high performing team to drive key commercial processes and end-to-end orchestration of our Seasonal Game Plan. You will support go-to-market excellence, will lead channel engagement on pivotal initiatives including Converse’s MAP policy, marketplace development, support strategic planning efforts in the channel, new account management, and other policy management. This individual will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the commercial operations team to deliver support in B2B, customer management and sales asset management to support long-term sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for building internal relationships cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Marketing, as well as global Strategy and Marketplace partners. You will drive connectivity between systems, global process and North America channel execution, delivering adoption and scale of corporate investments to solve channel and Partner marketplace opportunities. What you will do

  • Lead, define and deliver GTM excellence to ensure long term success, driving strategic initiatives within the territory GTM process

  • Activate seasonal GTM moments aligned to channel operating model, elevating process, tools and capabilities

  • Collaborate with GEO and global team members to deliver GTM toolkit and support Sales execution through GTM process

  • Communicate business enablers with global counterparts that support long term growth plans, with focus on GTM toolkits and systems (B2B, digital asset management)

  • Collaborate with Channel leadership team to deliver in-season territory results and insights through MBR/QBR process to inform future seasons and forecasts to support long term growth plans

  • Hold internal teams and external Partners accountable to leverage tools and GTM policy (MAP, Paid Search policy)

  • Drives continuous project and process improvement efforts within the function by working across all interfacing organizations. Applies sophisticated functional and business understanding and problem-solving skills to create a positive impact on the business.

  • Stays ahead of market trends, new technology and process innovation throughout the sales community. Uses internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and enhance business group effectiveness.

Who you will work with

You will report to the Director, NA Enterprise Workflow and Game Plan. The Enterprise Workflow and Game Plan team is a cross-functional operations team covering merchandising, commercial, and marketing operations and drives systemic evolution and connection of key processes to improve strategy execution. This role will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teammates across the NA IMP to drive & optimize the current business.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

  • 10+ years in relevant industry experience

  • Strong collaboration, influencing and problem-solving skills with a team-first attitude

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence across diverse audiences
