We are actively seeking a Director, MSS Lowe’s to join our team!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Director, MSS Lowe’s, you will:

  • Manage the areas of Analytics, Operations, and Warehouse Support services in support of Masco BUs and key customer.

  • Contribute to Masco BU strategy sharing key customer insights.

  • Contribute to MSS business strategy and processes. Ensure priorities are in alignment with MSS strategy.

  • Direct and coordinate all activities of team/direct reports, including coaching, training, and skill development.

  • Facilities oversight at Mooresville, NC location.

  • Budget responsibilities associated with facility, G&A, etc.

  • Assist with all legal considerations and contract negotiations impacting business with key customers.

  • Act as a liaison with various Masco departments or other business units when guidance is needed, or best practices should be shared.

  • Responsible for sharing key retail customer insights and best practices across MSS organization and Masco BUs.

  • Manage relationships with key retail customers at all levels.

  • Work collaboratively within MSS, Masco business units, and key customer.

  • Coordinate communication, both written and verbal with key customers on a routine basis.

  • Conduct routine checks on customer satisfaction through routine voice of the customer (BU) process at all levels of the BU as well as informal discussions.

  • Work across MSS departments and retail offices on key initiatives aligning with company strategy. Be a role model across the organization.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master’s degree a plus.

  • A minimum of 5-8 years’ related experience required. Home center/DIY experience strongly preferred.

  • At least 2+ years’ experience managing and leading a team required.

  • Experience working in a sales, analysis or marketing related role required.

  • Sales, marketing, ecommerce, analytics experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, to effectively address internal/external customers

  • Experience creating visuals, understanding what the data is telling and presenting data to all levels of organization

  • Experience with setting strategy is a plus

  • Omni-channel retail experience or exposure preferred

  • Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks proactively

  • Retail metrics/math experience a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High level of personal enthusiasm and self-motivation

  • Hybrid position with both in office and remote work

  • Ability to travel 10-25% annually
