EPAM Systems is seeking a Director, Marketing Operations to develop and lead our Marketing Operations team. You will report to the CMO, working collaboratively with the rest of the marketing leadership team and key business unit stakeholders.

Responsibilities include marketing reporting, metrics, and ROI analysis; lead assignment and follow-up process; database management; campaign execution support, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process-driven, detail-oriented, and has demonstrated experience building operational processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing reporting and dashboard development, analysis and delivery including using data from Google Analytics, Marketo and relevant marketing systems

  • Create, implement, monitor and enforce lead management process with service-level agreement

  • Create, define, and roll-out an end-to-end marketing process optimization and governance

  • Manage all marketing prospect and customer databases in Marketo, including segmentation

  • Ensure that Martech stacks are integrated and deployed effectively, including funnel optimization, goal definitions, data tracking, application of data insights, measurement, and analytics – in line with budget, plan and timeline – with continuous communication

  • Manage and maintain lead and account scoring model

  • Work closely with the Microsoft Dynamics administrator to ensure all leads, contacts, accounts are properly assigned to sales teams

  • Manage team of marketing project managers, who support the management of marketing programs

  • Manage the marketing operations team, who build campaigns

  • Ensure the integrity of data, including compliance with global privacy laws

  • Own current marketing technology stack. Establish a roadmap for the marketing technology infrastructure for the next three years and work with appropriate internal and external resources to implement

  • Create and manage unified reporting – campaign ROI analysis, data visualization, insights, and funnel analysis


  • 7 to 10 years of experience working in the Marketing operations function in a B2B environment

  • Robust experience working with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)

  • Strong understanding of lead management process in B2B environment

  • Experience with database management including Accounts, Contacts and Leads

  • Strong understanding of current marketing technologies available in the market to improve conversion and efficiency

  • Experience working with BI-tools required

  • Strong cross functional and analytical skills

  • Active listener with strong communication skills Agile problem solver

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to details

  • Metrics focused and result-oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
