Position Overview

The Innovation Hub Director is the advocate for innovation in CSO. At Autodesk, we are all about creating irresistible experiences that deliver value for our customers. Our Customer Success Innovation Hub works with our product, marketing, sales, digital experience, and customer success teams to create new ways of delivering success experiences for our customers. In the innovation hub, we tackle big strategic goals by prototyping and developing solutions that we can scale across the business. In this role, you will own a portfolio of innovation initiatives and bring these projects from the conceptual design phase to scale. You will be responsible for managing the Innovation Hub, a dedicated team for designing and testing new concepts to support our customer success strategic goals. Your mission is to help us iterate rapidly to develop irresistible experiences that differentiate our success practices and create real value for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of innovation initiatives that align to the strategic goals for the Autodesk Customer Success Organization

  • Work with the Innovation Steering Committee to assess business impact for innovation ideas, select projects and provide regular updates on progress against goals

  • Develop an innovation methodology and operating model for scaling new practices into CSO that includes a data-driven and agile approach to testing solutions with customers and SMEs

  • Manage stakeholder relationships on innovation hub projects and work to remove project roadblocks

  • Work with stakeholders to determine when a solution is ready to scale and create an agile adoption plan with business stakeholders

  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, and technologists in the digital experience and product organizations deliver innovation projects that benefit customers and Autodesk

  • Manage a dedicated innovation team of product / project managers, experience designers, and content developers to deliver projects

  • Build a culture of innovation in CSO that enables team members to prototype and develop their own ideas

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ Years relevant work experience, especially in a Product or Service Design function

  • Experience leading teams, both directly and through influence

  • Proven record of managing innovation projects from ideation through launch

  • Knowledge of design thinking, prototyping, product management, agile development

  • Experience working effectively with global/virtual teams

  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills

Target salary for this position (Colorado):

$195,000
