Responsibilities

  • Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industries

  • Collaborate across EPAM eco-system to effectively drive new business

  • Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision makers in the potential and existing client organizations

  • Build account and pursuit plans

  • Qualify and drive complex RFP/RFI responses

  • Lead, identify and develop EPAM’s selling propositions and differentiators in context of EPAM capabilities and industry trends

Requirements

  • Experience of 8+ years of Life Sciences Technology Business Development with a deep understanding of current and emerging pharmaceutical industry trends, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate

  • Highly skilled initiator who can quickly learn in a matrixed organization, build an internal network and bring together EPAM’s world class capabilities to deliver strategic value to our clients

  • Proven history in being a leader who can inspire excitement in a prospect and within the EPAM teams you will engage

  • Strong Hands-on experience in identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach

  • Familiar with the type of breakthrough thinking, customer-centric experiences, and world-class solutions deployed quickly and efficiently by EPAM in the Life Sciences
