Essential Duties: Partner with leadership to help identify, establish, and work on priorities; programming and partnerships to be developed to further the Departments goals and objectives relative to workforce development programs targeted to adult populations. Partner with team to define metrics and to develop roadmaps for success, including timelines and milestones, in furtherance of the Department\'s goals and objectives relative to workforce development programs targeted to adult populations. Plan, launch, and monitor the development of programs, projects, or initiatives targeted to adult populations in collaboration with the Vice President of Workforce Development. Provide supervision to adult workforce development programming as assigned by the Vice President. Work closely with, and function as an internal consultant to internal teams to clarify key performance metrics and ensure successful achievement of program priorities. Support the Vice President of Workforce Development in the creation of staffing models to enable the attainment of department goals. Assist in the development of methods to communicate processes, goals, and status of programs and projects with diverse audiences, both internal and external. Lead projects as assigned. Engage externally with partners, as assigned, on key initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of grant and/or program management experience is required. Professional work experience in strategy and high-growth operations is highly desired. Excellent prioritization and facilitation skills with a clear focus on results. Deep operational mindset and proven track record in process optimization and execution. Ability to lead, project manage, or consult with cross-functional teams working on operational and strategic initiatives.
